明太子焗烤法國麵包 Baked Mentaiko French Bread

材料:
法國麵包、明太子250g、美乃滋250g、起司絲50g

Ingredients:
French Bread
250 grams mentaiko (marinated cod/pollock roe)
250 grams mayonnaise
50 grams grated cheese

做法:
1將法國麵包切片
2將美奶滋,起司絲攪拌均勻後取適量塗抹於法國麵包上
3放入預熱200度烤箱烤約8分鐘至表面金黃即可,再抹上明太子一起烤3分鐘即可

Preparation Instruction:
1. Cut the French bread into slices.
2. Mix the grated cheese into the mayonnaise then spread suitable amounts onto the French bread slices.
3. Bake in a 200-degree preheated oven for about 8 minutes until golden brown. Take it out and spread the mentaiko onto the bread. Bake for 3 more minutes and it is complete.
